I was recommended Trees Unlimited by a friend after experiencing a lack of "callbacks" from several other local tree service companies. Ray not only called me back, but called me back after normal business hours to set up an estimate. Ray was always professional and communicative throughout the entire process from start to finish. Billy, Taylor, and Jessica did a fantastic job with tree trimming and clean-up. I could not be more impressed.

A rock flew out of the back of one of their trucks & smacked my windshield of my brand new car, cracking it. I do have full coverage & will get it replaced but I just thought I’d be a decent person & let this company know that they have rocks flying out the back of their trucks & the situation could’ve been way worse and the guy on the phone was so nasty to me & hung up on me. When I started explaining very nicely what happened to me this morning he cut me off & stated “let me stop you right there, it happens & you need to call your insurance company.” No apology or anything. I said well duh I’m gonna call my insurance company, i just thought I’d let you know & he hung up while i was talking. So i definitely wouldn’t use their services with rude customer service like that!!! I know there’s nothing they can do about it but a simple “I’m sorry that happened to you, thanks for letting me know” would’ve been the polite thing to do! Maybe get some covers for the back of your trucks!!!

What a wonderful job Rays Crew did today at my Mothers house. They worked from 6:50 AM - 4PM. They cleared trees and shrubs and it made the entire back yard look brand new.
They were very professional and cleaned up everything at the end of the day.
I can’t express how satisfying it is to look at the back yard now that you have completed the work.
Thank you Ray & Crew, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I will recommend your company over and over again.

Trees Unlimited is awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I called Ray late in the afternoon requesting a quote. He was at my house first thing the next morning and provided a quote considerably less than the other two companies I contacted. He scheduled his crew to come out in less than a week. The crew I got (Jessica, Tyler and Billy) were the A team. Not only did they do a fantastic job of cutting down a monster oak tree and pine, they also did a fantastic job of making sure that they did not damage my yard or shrubs. They also left the work areas cleaner than I would have ever hoped for. To say I was happy with their work would be an understatement. I definitely will be a return customer.

Everyone was very efficient! They were able to come out same day and take a look at a dead tree that was sitting on a power line. They told us it might be a few days, but they were able to remove the tree within 24 hrs!
It took them less than an hour to cut the tree down and clean it up, and they even cut down a few nuisance vines while they were there.

We have used Trees Unlimited at our home in Bluewater Bay for a few years. They were great when we started using them, and I am happy to report that they continue to perform beautiful work. We have them out periodically to keep our many trees properly trimmed. Ray always does a meticulous job of walking around the yard, pointing out important details about each tree, and formulating a plan for each tree. This has undoubtedly kept our home safe during storms, but additionally he enhances the overall look of the trees and gives the rest of the yard the best chance to flourish. Ray is not only a pleasure to do business with, but his knowledge is incomparable. His equipment is immaculate, and his people are excellent. Amazing that so many of his crew have worked with Trees Unlimited for years, which says volumes about the way the business runs. The last bonus with Trees Unlimited is that the place always looks cleaner after they leave. You would never have known they were here except that the trees look good and the yard is clean. Great company. Don't bother looking elsewhere, just call Ray.

Wow, this is the BEST tree service around! Ray came to do the free the quote and I was very impressed his knowledge, willingness to do all the different types of work I needed and with the fairness of the price. He promised to do my tree service within a few days and his crew was at my house ready to work 3 work days after the quote! The crew was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and super friendly. They had excellent equipment that got the job done quickly and well. My yard looked like the lawn maintenance service had just serviced it; they cleaned up impeccably, even in the street! I HIGHLY recommend Ray and his crew at Trees Unlimited for any tree service you need!!!

I had a tree trimmed and some bushes trimmed back. Trees Unlimited showed up first thing in the morning and in force.....there were maybe five workers and each one had a vehicle. They were the friendliest and most professional workers I've seen. They all seemed very happy to be doing what they do, which leads me to believe the owner must be good to work for/takes care of his employees and has a great company. My yard looked so much better after they were done because they were so conscientious and did a great job. The quote was a steal for the work done and I am beyond pleased. You cannot go wrong with Trees Unlimited.

Our Customer Service Process
When you contact our office, we will take your information and submit it to one of our arborists. They will contact you to get a general idea of the service you are seeking, and schedule a time to meet with you. They will do a walk through on your property and review everything you want done. We will provide advice on any trees on the property that appear to need attention.
After the work has been approved and completed, the representative who helped you will follow up with a phone call and provide a walk through if necessary. This is to ensure that our clients are satisfied and all work was performed to the specifications of the contract.
